these runs(4-19) were 3 minute intervals. So the times are a little off do to me not stopping my Garmin. plus there is a warm up and cool down in there. the legs were still sore from Sunday and my chest was congested. I kept my first interval @ 3 minutes @ 6:43 pace thats my 5k pr pace. But it wasnt long before I realized Im not in that kinda shpe(for speed anyway)
