So Andy Pele and I ran to Coopers Landing and Amanda Garrison Reed met us there. Amanda was running late so we waited like 30 minutes or so for her. By then I was getting stiff. The pace there was 9:30 on the nose. But the run back went haywire. So much as to change the overall pace to 9:52. My left foot hurt most of the way back and I had to take several short walk breaks. I did some suffering on the way back. I even got a little mental. But it was fun and my spirits were up. Good times. Thanks Amanda and Andy you guys RAWK!!!
