Track session. 200 (32), 4x400 (68,68,71,71), 4x200 (32, 31, 30, 30). 200 jog in between. Then 10 mins of steeple work. Was going to the 400s but ate too much beforehand and was struggling, so swapped to some 200s. Happy enough for my first track session in ages.
