Morning MP run. Intended 10 to 12 miles with 8 at mp. Effort felt a little high even from the first mile on but it never really got any worse. In retrospect the effort was a bit high for most of the run as I was aiming for about 6:50-6:55. After finishing 8 I decided to add an extra because I felt like I could, and did the same thing at 9 miles. Good strong workout that made me tired but I was never in danger of failing. Last 2 miles were some of my fastest.
