Hills on treadmill at gym. Warmed for 1.5 miles or so then alternated 1 mile at 5% and 7:30 with 1 mile at 7:41 and 0%. Did 3 full length miles on hill and then did one extra 1/2 mile hill at end. Good but tiring workout, was definately ready to be done at end. Hot in gym
