Personal Record on the Springtime Course! Splits exactly where I wanted them -- fast first mile followed by a T-pace 2nd mile up the big hill. Then miles 3 & 4 to recover and bring the pace back down with negative splits on the last three miles! I told myself to aim for a 45-min race and ended up with a sub-7 run.
