Positive splits -- not the way to run a race, but I did PR! This was the first time I set out with the goal of breaking 20 minutes in a race. I know I have it, I just have to get it in a race; next time, I'll try to relax more and run negative splits like I did in the Special Olympics 5k. (I need more pre-race pacing workouts next time.)
