Treadmill

Notes

Ran on the treadmill today. Did a preset hill program and it gave me a pretty good workout. The program had progressive gradients spaced by a 1% grade. The workout went 4%, 5%, 6%, After 6% there was 3 mins of 1% and then the progression was repeated. I cycled through this at least 4 times. Felt pretty tired by the end. Overall a decent workout.
