Felt really good on the intervals. Was a little stressed on the last one but not as much as I expected. I thought about going for a 6th but decided to stick to the plan for the day. Next time I will have to up the intensity (start at 5:45-5:50ish) or do a 6th interval. I actually kind of liked doing a run like this on the treadmill since the treadmill does all the pacing work for you. The recoveries may be been a little long but I kept the pace up as opposed to really slowing down. Overall I was really happy with this workout. Felt really solid.
