Notes
All the snow finally melted off the track so I did some mile repeats. I was planning on doing 6 yesterday but with the wind I decided to skip the track workout and then with the quick paced run yesterday I decided to cut it down to 4 repeats. Felt pretty solid. Wanted to start at 6 min and move down to 5:30 but right from the beginning I was well below the planned times even when I was easing off during the second half of the interval so I decided just to progress on each one. Felt pretty relaxed on the first 3 and pushed pretty good on the last one. Overall a pretty good workout.
