Really nice day weather wise. Ran downtown for the first time. I took the industrial roads down there and then ran along the lakefront till I hit about an hour then turned around and came back. I was slightly slower (about 1 min) coming back but did have to come up a lot more hills on the way back. I would say the effort out and back was about the same. I was feeling pretty fatigued though in the last 20 mins. Overall I am pretty happy with the run. Would have liked a little faster pace but oh well. Next week should be a step back week so I won't log as many miles but I should up the intensity of my runs a little. All in all a decent week of training...GPS
