Notes
nice run. started a little over 7:00 pace and ran the majority of the run under 7:00's. foggy for most of the run...the fog burned off the last 4-5 miles. stopped for a coal train 5 minutes into the run for about 3-4 minutes. good time to stretch. stopped about 6 miles in to pee and change my mp3 player over to music. stopped for about 3-4 minutes about 11 miles in to say hi to Paul.
my legs really wanted to stop running 3 miles into the run, but the rest of me enjoyed the run.
