not sure what really happened...expected much more out of myself. i gave a solid effort but came up short.
5.41, 5.30, 5.43, 5.37, 5.34, 5.29, 5.49, 5.47, 6.08 (long mile), 5.17 (short mile), 5.37, 5.45, 6.44 (last 1.1 miles)
ran faster in 2007 at the nittany valley half with the first 3 miles on snow and hammering up a 1.3 mile hill at the end. quite disappointed with myself today.
