out and back on the rail trail.
set up a pace at the start and then tried to keep my HR under 160 and pace around 7:00 for most of the run. coach rob ran the last 7 with me.
last 3 miles or so were a little rough, but i held pace fine just felt tired and worn down.
left foot was bearable. not great like it was last week...it is rough going backwards with the foot.
