3 x 200 31.9-31.5-32.4 with 200 meter jog recoveries
was planning on 10 x 400 but the workout was not going well, so after the 78 I decided to do some 200s. got up on my toes and "sprinted" the 200's. was going to do one more, but the right hamstring got a bit tighter after the 3rd one.
