ran after practice today out and back on the rail trail. wasn't sure how far i was going to go. i was thinking maybe 12 since i was moving so fast, but at 5 miles i was starting to get a little tired so i turned to make it 10 (plus i wanted to get home in time to tuck the kiddos into bed). the 9th mile probably would have been faster, but with all of the sweat my watch's screen got messed up and i could fix it because i sweat too much. only lost 4 pounds of sweat during the run. still sore from saturday's run.
