1st really good run in a long time. uncle john's loop plus a mile cool down.
planned on just running 5.5 to 7.5 easy, but decided to keep it rolling after a mile and do a progression run to take advantage of the cool night before the heat rolls in. i was able to progress every mile, even mile 7 which is the most difficult i think. mile 8 is the easiest and really tried to crush it over the last mile.
i was also interested in seeing how high i could get my heart rate...maybe my max is 220 minus my age????
