Hill #1 went well 12:24
Hill #2 was good until the last 5 minutes 20:44
Hill #3 was ugly (only 90s downhill recovery before hill) 8:24
Hill #4 was not good 8:56
Last 4 miles I went pretty hard 24:42 with a gradual downhill most of the way.
