I didn't know what to expect today. I went out hoping to run about 7 minute pace for the firs half and then pick it up a bit in the 2nd half. The run went much better than expected. I raced some little middle school girl riding her bike up the last little hill 1/2 from my house. I beat her.
Tomorrow will be easier.
