Probably the hardest training loop I've ever run. Four hills (I was expecting 3). 1st hill 15 minutes pretty steep. 2nd hill 20 minutes steady uphill. 3rd hill was a surprise 10 minutes steep. 4th hill I've done and was pretty easy compared to the other hills 8 minutes.
The last 4 miles was down hill which helped me with the overall pace.
It is absolutely beatiful out there. At one point, I thought I was running in a rainforest with the fog and creek and thick forest. It was AWESOME!
