surprisingly good day.
started at sub 7:00, but not feeling smooth. worked the up hills to keep it around 7:00 pace.
stopped half way to talk with Paul.
finished well. I don't think I have run a long run like this in a long time.
did not feel especially smooth today, but I am quite happy with it.
