legs were feeling a bit tired from Thursday's run. goal was to hold 6:50s for most of the run and hit 20 miles.
the 12th mile was a bit of a struggle up the one hill and then i pulled my head out of my butt and finished the run well.
right thigh went numb over the last mile (lack of fuel i believe i read that somewhere).
not an easy day, but i think i'm ready to go sub 3:00 at the grand canyon in two weeks.
