Notes

Ran two loops so I could get water in-between - first was standard 6 miler. Came home, grabbed some water and ate a half sack of sports beans, stretched, rubbed Frank. Then took off and did a modified Tosa Oak Leaf route and in the process ran into Andrew. Decided to go a bit further since Andrew said I could tag along. Ran up to Mt Mary, then ran back to Hollander and chatted for a bit. Was freezing when I got going again, and running up the hill I started to feel a bit out of it. Felt better once I got home and showered, had coffee and stretched. Regained energy with some bean and fish NOBchos.
