Notes
Another chilly, windy run with Frank. Once I got warmed up a bit it wasn't so bad though. The trails on the west side of the river were mostly snow covered, so footing wasn't the best. Actually saw a couple people running and a couple others walking (a couple with dogs off leash that ran over to greet Frank). Had to stop a 3 or 4 times to tie shoes or empty them out. Ended up with a rock in the shoe the last couple blocks. Besides that it was a halfway decent run.
