Notes: 'Backland' used to be the favourite race course back in time but not any longer. This is my favourite route which I have run time and time again over the last 17 years. It consists of 2 miles flat with another 2 miles up and down small hills and 1 mile very steep and wynded hill with beautiful scenery.
