Hei, my first one and a half mile. Today I realised once again how much I have missed running. I was crying in the iside and actually for some sec I felt my tears coming down. I FELT FREE & NOTHING COULD HURT ME. I was at Home.

I did 2 X 400 Brisk Walk to start with, I then

Run One Whole Mile with my heart / mind / body and soul and then

1 X 400 Brisk Walk

1 X 400 Run

1 X 400 Brisk Walk and lastly

1 X 400 Run finishing with

2 X 400 Brisk Walk

Good Start. I have no problems whatsoever while running. I could have gone further but I stopped myself sensibly. There is no room for taking risks now. I have learnt to wait and am prepared to take things easy till muscles become strong again. My Body will tell me when ready and will take me there.

After the run I felt a slight stiffness but nothing to worry. It is all normal after 9 months without moving a muscle. It will take time but I am prepared to wait. I will just treasure every single run no matter the distance and/or time.
