I was pleased with the results of this run. I run an easy/steady pace. I did not have to use extra effort and there is no doubt that cycling has paid its divident towards my running over the last two weeks. Run strong up-hill with breathing being in tune with body rythm. I maintained same pace all around although I felt I could go faster but this was not my aim. I now know that I will take a day at a time and build up again in distance but not worrying about speed workouts etc. Right leg presented tingling sensations after the run but no pain or any other unpleasant symptoms during running. So, my main focus now will be to build trust in my body and increase distance safely.
