Not a bad run.
Today Hallux was behaved, so it was a pain free run.
Today in discussion with my G.P it has been decided for me to be placed on the waiting list for my operation. The clock is ticking and I am making the most of all and each one of my running steps. God only knows how many days, weeks or months will have ahead of me to the Big Day. But it needs done as there is nothing else I can do to avoid the operation or help the foot to get better. LH is going for an operation with all positive vibes and thoughts.
I need to remain positive on this one and hope for the best. It is now or never.
