Notes

I was tired and when one is tired many things go wrong. I had a relaxing swim but I struggled in the end to do lengths even at an easy pace. I felt fatigue in my body and I knew it is lack of sleep and the daily tough work pattern nowadays that makes me feel this way. But I swam and in the end one gets the benefit. I also feel it was lack of energy as I did not have enough time to have a descent lunch during the day. The days that I could get away with this they are 'By & Gone'. Now I need to eat, sleep, rest otherwise I pay the price.

50 lengths of the pool was a brave attempt.
