I did this run with 9.50 for first two miles warming up and then run faster pace. It averaged 8:56 min miles for the whole course. I felt I worked hard but held back. I worked hard up-hill for two miles and finished fairly strong in the end. I did put a good effort as I felt strong but slightly tired. Otherwise this was a very enjoyable run trying to feel the speed I need to do for the Marathon and also to adapt the body to get used to an even pace.
