Breathing is an issue and arthritic, although not severe, is still niggling!!!!!!!! Feeling tired and breathless a bit. Attending Check up soon at G.P surgery. Maybe accumulation of tiredness, sadness due to recent events and, of course, lack of sleep (endless toothache & food poisoning) have not helped. Not one of the best months / Oct & Nov in my life!!!!!!! But still running and still thanking God for allowing me to run. Always will . . . .
