15 mile cycle was the best thing to do as alternative to running. Felt great on the bike and my thumb has now almost recovered from the ongoing inflammation and so I was able to comfortably alter all gears on the way. What a difference! One does not realise the use of all fingers up and until one goes. Great cycle.
