Notes

A beautiful run indeed on the 2nd Day of 2009 for both of us. What else could we ask for? Franc run fast from the very beginning and I run faster than planned and felt light on my feet. Great Feeling! I would classify this run as Medium to Fast being a very tough hilly course. I was delighted and enjoyed every step of this run. Franc and I met at some point as we did the same exactly course but from opposite directions. It feels great when body feels rested, strong and light. Then quality and joy increases. Hamstring slightly tight but nothing to worry about. Franc had one of his best runs since his arrival here and this is promising as he had probs with Achillies a little bit. We are both putting in the miles and as for myself I shall return to speedy workouts when feeling 100% (Not Long Now). The only thing I can now see and dream is Boston (All the roads lead to Boston). It will be a magnificent experience qualifying for Boston. My splits:- 9:22, 8:53, 8:32, 8:55, 8:59, 9:25, 8:57, 9:05, 9:15, 8:13, 7:21.
