Notes

This was an interesting run. After getting excited to run my new loop / route I discovered that running the opposite direction I was actually being exposed to the A75 for approx. 1/4 mile. Very dangerous indeed. So, for first mile I had to stop and start on the grass / verge checking for cars all the time. It was slightly stressful but when reached the safe part of route I was able to enjoy the long steep hill and get around back home. I feel it is such a shame that the 1/4 mile gap (having to run on the dual carriageway) takes away the joy of relaxing / focusing on the run.

The long steep hill was again a joy and a treat after the 1st mile. I did not put much effort for the hill and by the time I was on the top I could not believe I was already there. My cardio is getting better but the fact that I slept 11 hours the night before was an amazing feeling for the body. Sleep for me is All in life. Whether I perfom mentally or physically does wonders and creates magic. I felt so normal after a long time. Now I have come to realise how much my sleep has suffered over the last months etc.

The run was great that in the end I naturally increased speed without really much effort. I was working hard but not aiming fast but I was running faster with same effort if this makes sense. Foot good and CS not present during the run or after. Still enjoying the joy of not having to deal with CS.
