This was an interval workout. It went well considering that my body was beaten up from Sunday's long run. However, still felt strong up on the hills against the rain and windy weather. Of course, did not miss to give Jimmy his treat despite the fact that he initially ignored me today. I do not think he was happy about the weather either.

I did 4 X 200 with 100 recovery &

2 X 400 with 200 recovery / both at 85 % effort.

I finished relatively strong. The arthritic joint niggles when it wants and decides.
