Middle of the back still hurts after the recent Yoga Session on Tues night. I have, however, now made the decision to quit Yoga as, despite all its benefits, causes me serious probs.
My plan today was to do 10 miles but did 6 instead. I tried to take it easier to start with and go into a stronger pace for in between miles slightly. And I did that for 3 miles following with the Warm Down back home.
Only near the end of my run I happened to meet this tall, fast runner ahead of me and this motivated me to close the gap between us. I did this for 3 t 4 min closing the gap more and more but gave up in the end and sensibly finishing my 6 miler. The runner was in black shorts and white top running clothing leading the way. Well as it happens this runner was my Frankie who had no idea I was running behind him for approx. 1/4 mile. Frankie was not able to see the invisible fast LH!!!
