I ran 8.8 altogether but very easy. It was fun. My foot was kind and I was able to relax and enjoy my run against the wind. I love windy conditions during running as long as there is no heavy rain along with it. I love the resistance when I run as it tests my strength but also allows me to 'cut through'. This is one of my favourite courses as it takes me out in the country away from the repetitive routes and town pavements. All good and getting ready now for Christmas and even more so for a better New Year! -:)
