I did not set my watch properly for the Interval work but what I know is I did 10 X 1 min interval with 1 min recovery at an average pace of low 9's of high 8's pace per min. Cardio was not too bad but my head and muscular body was tight and painful. I felt better when I got up to full speed rather than running at a slow jogging pace. Sometimes I do feel this way. I need to pick up pace to feel better physically and emotionally. Feeling also a bit 'under the weather' following my Flu Vaccination which has left me with sore arm and sluggish body.
