Winter is definitely here! Black Ice for first time on the roads! I ran early in the morning flat footed at all times and at a jogging pace. I came to falling almost 4 to 5 times as I was running on Black Ice! The ice is completely invisible on the road but very tricky indeed. I looked down my feet at all times and tried to relax body as I was feeling tensed in the case of falling. It is a frightening thought if one has nasty memories of falling on icy grounds! And I do.
Anyway, this was a good run and I enjoyed to beautiful sunrise on my way back home. I could see the birds flying in the rising sun. Beautiful!
