Notes

Very cautiously I started running and for 1st mile things looked o.k. At 2nd point mile I started running slightly faster and then probs started again. Hamstring of left leg started tightening with tightness and discomfort down to the soleus on same leg. It was a struggle all the way round but there was no way back. I took it easy and very slowly made the lap. Speed will have to be out of the menu for a few days. The things we do for running and still is fun!!!!
