Notes

First day of December and a day of 3 C below 0 and definetely one for wearing double gloves. But, although very icy it was very enjoyable up on the hills again. The half hour stretching prior to my run made things easy. I started feeling the legs very responsive up hill. Core of the body felt really strong up hill almost giving a natural impulse to the legs and pulling me up. Beautiful feeling. CS was mild. I am amazed how well this run has gone. My body could not have enough and wanted me to have more fun (harder and faster). Maybe this is why I ran harder for second half. The down hill also accommodated/prompted this but mainly it was a way of allowing the body to enjoy a good workout. Running this way is a bonus and a real treat. However, for last 3 miles both legs felt a bit tight on shin bone area and lower part, maybe the aftermath of my long run + the cold weather but nothing to worry about. Eye troubled me before my run a bit but not during my run. I felt great afterwards too but ready to take my anti-flamantory tablet.
