Notes
It is freezing again today but dry and sunny. I felt warm after two miles and felt better for it. I worked hard but did not push it. Kind off comfortably hard. 6 miles is now a commendable distance for my arthritic toe-toe and so I am delighted that allows me to mobilise in a running motion. I LOVE RUNNING SO MUCH that if anyone would say would love it more I would have a millions of reasons to argue my debate!!!!!!!!!! 'The Runner Who knows Infinity' !!!!!! Most times when I run I do so in God's presence. Today I run with Dad's and Mum's memory. Today is 40 Days since you left this world Dad and I do know and feel that you are now re-united with mum in soul / 68 yrs of togetherness. I thank you both for having giving me the life I have and had it not been for you both I would have not been who I have come to be today. For this Thank you Forever. It is of great comfort to know that you are together again in the world of spirit. You are now both in God's Hands -:)
