Left leg (inner side) suffered with CS every step of the way (shooting pains right on the inner side of shin bone right up to the entire leg). Every Single Step. it was worse for first 3 miles but stayed with me throughout the entire run. Right leg also started complainig a bit at 2nd mile point with tightness on soleus and near the Achilles. Not good. My body for no apparent reason has reverted to Old Good CS familiar symptoms. Is it due to the sudden change in the weather (after a heat wave) we are now having rain, cooler weather and high levels of humidity? God only knows. I am back where I was a year ago. Of course a lot stronger in running as I have built up strength and stamina. But I have not done any speed since the 14th March (Dentdale Race) or any other crazy things that matters. So, I cannot figure out why now? It is a puzzle to me. However, tonight even with CS I managed to put a safe run with a lot of perseverence and patience but also striking a balance so not to hurt the physical body. I probably will not be able to walk tomorrow morning. I am dreading getting up to find out. Tomorrow, thankfully, is my Physio appointment at the Hospital so I should have some relief after all and without having to pay this time. One Day at A Time.
