5.1 miles on Icy / Snowy Grounds on the Heathhall Trail. I did for fun 6 X 60 Strides for the last 2 miles. The sun on certain parts of the trail created a good feeling on the inside. Franc ran in front of me leading the way on the combination of paths etc. It was very tricky on the feet but we both managed better than we had thought it to be. All is great.
