Right knee still hurts but I am running better slightly. At least I do not have to hop anymore which is promising. The Ron Hill mile is done and I am happy for it. Today is wet and wild out there but I love the rain and all weather elements as it makes me feel good and strong. Everyone is hiding when weather turns to be this way. But for me it is a bonus to run at peace and go into a zone even when feeling pain. Running starts once one stops thinking about running! I want to have more of this! The best motivating quote!

Trying hard to explain what has caused this. The only thing that comes to mind is that I maybe pushed it too hard during last week's Park Run up on the hilly parts. It is a real puzzle!!!!!!!!!!
