Notes

An easy early (06:30 am) run before going to work. Despite the reaction I have from antibiotics yesterday and feeling ill I was desperate to run. For first two miles I felt sluggish and floppy but then as I got oxygen in my lungs the miracle happened again. I felt strong and more like a runner. Today, once again, I realised that if I cannot run there is nothing else I can do. Running, no matter what, is the easiest and most natural thing that helps me to recover from illness, even when physically wiped out. Who is to say that running takes away the energy. Today I felt I replenished my energy by running.

As crazy as it sounds it makes perfect sense to me and my body. This morning I felt alive and motivated to go to work along with been mentally alert more than ever. So, for me is 'keep on running' otherwise there is no light in the horizon.

I do have a lot of things to contemplate and the one thing I know is that running is good for me. Running never hurts and when people do not understand this, I then have a problem. We all go through a phase finding out how to run. AS soon as one masters this along with the reasons for running then is a winner. I feel so lucky.

06:30 am and the light was there. I am no longer 'The Night Runner'! Not up and until Autumn time again. The good thing is that I can now see and running safely but I can also run in the country roads as I do not have to rely on the street lights. So, this is the Spring Season -:)
