This was my fist easy, comfortable and in a way effortless run but also faster pace run. So, I am recovering well and hopefully soon I shall be able to put some speedy workouts as a preparation for my Half Marathon near end of May. Marathons end but running goes on. This is It.

It is so..so good running without pain on the foot. It lasted for so long that I almost felt it would never go away. But although still looks physically 'ugly' it does no longer hurt. Sometimes nips me a bit during the night but just enough to remind me to dip my foot in salty lukewarm water and apply some body lotion to soften it. It does like this.

Another easy week ahead in terms of running and then starting running maybe the following week in a more structured/planned schedule.
