Notes

Inserting this Log Entry hurts. But needs to be done. This was my last 4 miler in Boston. Not a good ending. Admiring the beauty of Down Town Boston I stepped over a pine cone near the HYAT HOTEL and with a twisting sideways move went painfully over the right foot exactly where I had my old fracture. I knew instantly that I had injured myself again. How did I know? It was tough to come to terms with at the time, I wanted to scream from anger, despair and agonising feelings of fate and bad lack. I was stunned ..emotionally stunned as almost a train had crashed me at once. My right foot at the same exactly point had been fractured again. I had to run and walk for about a mile when I called it a date and only walked in freezing windy weather conditions. I will not elaborate further on this as it is hard even writing about it. I ended up in an ambulance with final destination of Massachusetts General Hospital when they diagnosed me with a fracture and advised to visit the Orthopedics in my own land. The rest is all history for me. I need to bite my tongue harder and wait again. A day at a time with still the hope that this business will not be as extreme as before. God only knows what, how and why this happened to me again and the reason for it. I am just human and need to learn to wait and remain positive.

So, the only thing I can and am in control to do now is gentle stretching on the floor and take extreme care of my diet so not to add too much weight for when starting running again.
