Notes

It was not meant to be an 8 miler run nor a Tempo one. But it turned to be on the way. Again foot/verruca was troubling me badly. Any little pressure or re-adjustment on road surface was ouch!!! Legs were both weak with a feeling of tightness on lower part . CS was fairly moderate. The first 3 miles were challenging. I took it easy up the hills and then started feeling as If I could manage a few more miles. Without even considering anything more I found myself doing a faster pace and then I thought to myself . . . 'Oh well, I will then treat this as a Tempo Run'. My breathing was a bit erratic at 2nd point mile but I recovered quickly and finished strong.

Music helped me to do this. Michael's so rhythmical songs and its unique beat amazingly motivated me once again to run/ dance on a running mode from the inside. It was such a beautiful experience. I do love his music. I have loved his music since early childhood but it grew in me even more since the 80's ... 90's more and more. Evgenia and I have this link in common. We can both dance to Michae's music in different ways... her on ice and me during my running miles in my soul.
