My first Track workout in ages!

Initially I decided to do 4 X 200 mt but ended up doing 7 X 200 to make it even and add distance. It was o.k but enough to start with. No problems apart from slightly heavy breathing due to a cold. It was all well manageable and I progressed to my ability and listening to the body. Good start and better than had expected.
